We offer a range of community-based mat classes and group reformer / studio sessions in the Banyule area. We are also available for private Pilates sessions/exercise plans and Reiki healing.

Pilates is an excellent way to build strength in a low impact environment and every session provides a full body workout. Our philosophy is to work with the Principles of the Pilates Method and to provided a class to suit each individual body on the mat. Numbers in each class are limited to ensure everybody is well looked after.
