We have recently updated our current timetable for the new year, so take a look at our session times and class descriptions and see what works for you. If you have a group who would like to work together, we are open to organising a tailored, regular session for you - just get in touch!

Beginners Mat - suitable for all fitness levels. Using small equipment such as therabands, magic circles and foam rollers, we will help you learn the basics of Pilates and build your body into a happy body. Starting with breathing and muscle connection techniques, in particular the abdominal layers and supporting muscles, we will work to increase challenge and ability as the term progresses.

Mums and Bubs - bring your baby along to this child-friendly (and diastasis-friendly) mat class and help your body bounce back. While deepening your abdominal connection and strengthening pelvic floor, we can provide a workout and help you gain functional mobility to help you feel confident and keep you with your little one.

Gentle Exercise - Moving your body is so important, but some bodies need a little more care than others.  In this 45 minute session we will focus on gentle, mindful movement to improve function, balance, strength and mobility.  Tailored to the over 65s and those needing a low impact workout, this class will leave you feeling mobile and refreshed.

Group Reformer -Reformer classes offer the opportunity to experience a workout on one of Joseph Pilates’ amazing machines. Designed to assist or challenge as needed, Group Reformer classes will take your practice to the next level.

Studio Pilates / Reiki Healing - if you would like to develop a more personalised Pilates practice, I have scheduled availability for studio sessions (and Reiki healing appointments) at my home studio in Watsonia.  These are tailored to your own body and can also include a written program for you to work on between sessions, which can be spaced out to suit your needs.  Classes incorporate mat work, small apparatus (such as fit balls, magic circles and Therabands), as well as Reformer and Cadillac.  Classes in Watsonia can be booked as private or duet, for a duration of 30 or 60 minutes.

As a Reiki Master I am also available for Reiki energy clearing and healing sessions.

At present I have availability for these sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, as shown in the timetable below. Please contact me directly for more information.

Pricing for Heidelberg and Watsonia:

Mums & Bubs: Casual Class $20 / 5 Pack $95 / 10 Pack $170

Beginners Mat: Casual Class $25 / 5 Pack $115 / 10 Pack $200

Reiki Healing: $120 per full session (1 hour) / $70 mini session (half hour). Please allow extra time either side of appointment for discussion.

*Group mat classes run during school terms.  Class packs can be carried over from one term to the next.
